29th Regular Get-Together for HR Managers

How well do you know your employees’ strengths—and how effectively do you leverage them in your day-to-day work?

At the 29th Regular Meeting for HR Managers, we’ll be focusing on strength-based HR development: You can look forward to a keynote presentation that places a focus on strengths within the context of future skills and sustainable employability. But it won’t just be theoretical: On-site, you’ll have the chance to try out an AI-based approach to strength reflection for yourself.

The second part will be interactive. In an escape game, you’ll experience how individual strengths manifest within a team: Who brings structure to complex situations? How does communication work under time pressure?
