Aviation Symposium 2025: The Intelligent Wing – From Concept to Operation
On June 12, 2025, the Aviation Symposium will take place at ECOMAT Bremen, under the theme: “The Intelligent Wing: From Concept to Operation”.
The event is organized by the German Aerospace Society (DGLR) in cooperation with the Senator for Economic Affairs, Ports, and Transformation of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen.
The symposium focuses on the future of aviation: aircraft must become more adaptable, robust, and integrated into broader mobility and energy systems. Central to this transformation is the intelligent wing, made possible by advanced sensors, innovative materials, and technologies like 3D printing.
A key topic is multifunctional control surfaces (Moveables) that go far beyond traditional flight roles. The event will feature several thematic panels, where experts will share the latest technologies and research findings.
