27th Regulars table for HR Managers: Rethinking Recruiting – Focus on Diversity

The competition for skilled workers requires new perspectives. Anyone who wants to continue recruiting successfully in the future should consciously look beyond familiar channels. At the 27th regulars’ table for HR managers on November 6, 2025, we will therefore be addressing the question of which target groups have been largely overlooked by most companies to date and offer a great deal of potential. The focus will be on older skilled workers aged 50+, international students, and young talent.
