19th Bremen Shipping Congress

The 19th Bremen Shipping Congress, which will once again take place at the AIR/PORT/LAB of the Bremen University of Applied Sciences at Flughafendamm 40 in 28199 Bremen, will focus on “Current Challenges in Maritime Human Resource Management”.

Keynotes and workshops will address current developments, opportunities, and perspectives in maritime human resource management.

With input from practitioners, concrete projects will be presented in the workshops and opened up for discussion. As part of the congress, Berufsbildungsstelle Seeschifffahrt e.V. will award the prizes for the 2025 Competition for Excellent Training Companies and Trainers in Maritime Shipping.

With around 150 participants, the Bremen Shipping Congress is currently the only German forum of this size that specifically addresses the current challenges of maritime human resources management.
