1st expert dialogue: 'Logistics of Tomorrow' on January 28th, 2020

Future trends play a major role in the development of logistics areas, especially in a city-state like Bremen, which only has limited space.

The Senator for Economic Affairs, Ports and Transformation, Kristina Vogt

This specialist event is intended to provide sufficient space for dialogue. It is about listening and taking into account the concerns of logistics experts for the GEP 2030.

Dr. Dirk Kühling, The Senator for Economic Affairs, Ports and Transformation

The logistics industry is of above-average importance in Bremen compared to other city-states and Bremen is generally well positioned in terms of the availability of sites. There is still open space, but the correct allocation of settlers to the plots of land that are best suited to them will be crucial for the future ability to offer lots.

Uwe Veres-Homm, Frauenhofer SCS

In five years, the world of logistics will have changed. We must prepare ourselves for the fact that we will work differently than we do today. There are many exciting new developments in logistics that we can learn from.
